Responsibilities:
This is a Business Development role within the Services Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the AI Innovation agenda for Mastercard Services.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with the broader MC Services sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda. Use MC Services Innovation capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard AI Innovation business with customers, including new products, services, partners, etc.
Leading key regional and local AI innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
Supporting the rest of the sales team on end-to-end sales efforts from providing technical expertise and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
Bringing in new thought leadership to establish MC Services brand across key customer stakeholders.
Working with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AI projects sold.
Achieving sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind.
Building and inculcating relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients.
All About You
Strong AI and Analytics background including model builds, testing & deployment, leveraging Gen AI, and Machine Learning algorithms. Data Management and Data Strategy key is as well as the ability to structure solutions both on cloud and on-prem.
Strong experience in digital and consultative sales and managing senior client stakeholders.
Ability to develop compelling sales narratives in influencing sales closure. Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Analytics/AI degree is preferred but can be substituted for strong experience in the above topics.
Preferred working experience: Analytics consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm or relevant experience from a leading Analytics Company, Digital Native (analytics heavy) companies, or Gen AI startups. Any other applications are not going to be considered.
Highest level of self-motivation with a hunting attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and first principles thinking.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
