We are looking for a driven and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to take the lead in shaping the hotel's commercial success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven record in both sales and marketing. This role is central to elevating Alila Bangsar's market presence while ensuring alignment with Hyatt's standards and values.
Your RoleCraft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
Build and nurture key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals.
Represent the hotel at industry events and maintain a strong market presence.
Analyze business data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
QualificationsProven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term vision.
Familiarity with Hyatt's brand standards or experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality is an advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
