Basic copywriting and effective communication skills.
Owns reliable transportation.
Core Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage and confirm the Director's daily schedule.
Accompany the Director to meetings, take detailed minutes, and submit them for review.
Assist in reviewing and approving documents from colleagues.
Arrange schedules and coordinate with venues for meetings and events.
Event Coordination & Social Media Updates
Post real-time updates during events on Instagram and Facebook Stories.
Share event updates in WhatsApp groups and upload event photos.
Content Creation
Produce 4 reels monthly for the Director and Managing Director.
Create 2 weekly stories highlighting sales achievements, customer service, product advantages, or team moments.
Design one motivational poster weekly for social media.
Coordinate and schedule filming sessions for content creation.
Marketing Design & Material Development
Design monthly posters for activities, events, and agent performance rankings.
Adhere to the upload schedule for performance ranking updates.
Team-Building Activities
Plan and execute monthly non-sales-related activities to enhance team knowledge and cohesion.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director to support business needs.
