Gather customer database and analyze customers' and market needs.
The main target sectors are transporters, oil palm plantations, timber companies, forwarding companies, forklift, tractor, and generator prospects.
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features related to technical issues or spare parts inquiries.
