The individual in this role will perform the following functions:
Maintain proficiency with system applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Manage the receipt and processing of incoming documents in various formats such as text, and images.
Consolidate various files into a single comprehensive document.
Efficiently execute copying, scanning, and emailing tasks.
Distribute documentation to the designated recipients in a timely manner.
Handle elementary level job products, follow up clients' enquiries, service requests, proofread documents to ensure quality control and the accuracy of all documentation.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Have an urgent sense.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis (Morning, Middle, Overnight Shifts) with shift allowances provided for Mid and Overnight Shifts.
Suitable for candidates who thrive in a quiet, focused environment, prefer minimal interaction with people and require minimal direct supervision.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working 11-12 hours is required during peak periods (March, April, August, September).
