Export Documentation.
Responsible for correct and timely input BL & Manifest data into Documentation System.Ensure BL details match with SI from shipper and Terminal Loading Report.Follow up with customer on confirmation of draft BL.Preparation of BL, invoice and shipment manifest upon confirmation from shipper.Work with Finance to ensure all charges for a shipment are paid before release of BL to customer.Responsible for timely submission of Manifest Amendment and generation of credit note and revised invoice for revisions to shipment charges.Responsible for timely billing of export Detention. Responsible for printing of draft BL, Arrival Notice and import invoice.Responsible to sending NOA and invoice to consignee.Responsible for release of Delivery Order upon receipt of payment from consignee.Responsible for DG declaration.Bill customer for Third Party Claims (TPC) for any container damage incurred.
