Experience with providing support for existingproduction Documentumapplications, troubleshooting, resolving problems.
Good knowledge ininstall, configure, and maintain Documentumservers and applications.
Proficiency in DocumentumAPI, DFC, DQL, and RESTfulservices.
Good experience inITILprocesses and knowledge in Incident/Problem/Change management.
Extensive working experience with Content Management, Doc base Security, Object Model, User Management, Alias Sets, Versioning, Workflow, and Business Object Framework.
Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
