Drafter / Application Engineer

Responsible to formulate biding specifications, and design the technical solution, commercial quotation, and proposal preparation for the data centre.Provide technical expertise and support to the project team.Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions using company products and services.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and quotations.Ensure proposals are technically accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.Conduct site visits and technical assessments as needed.Provide technical consultations and answer customer inquiries.Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and technologies.Work closely with project teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and technical specifications.Provide regular updates and reports on project activities to superior.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledgeHave knowledge in Solid works, AutoCAD, Simulation
