Drafter Cum Modeller

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for architectural, structural, and MEP components.Translate design concepts and specifications into accurate drawings based on sketches, models, or verbal instructions.Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements.Work closely with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure models and drawings are accurate and reflect the intended design.Assist in identifying and addressing clashes between different disciplines (e.g., structural vs. MEP) during the design process.Participate in project meetings to communicate design updates and receive feedback on drawings and models.Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawing sets, revisions, and model files.Ensure compliance with industry standards, project-specific protocols, and any relevant codes or regulations.Follow company standards for naming conventions, layer management, and file organization.Update and revise drawings and models based on changes to the project scope, design revisions, or client feedback.Conduct regular self-checks and quality control to ensure accuracy and completeness in all deliverables.Address and resolve any discrepancies in drawings or models before submission for approval.
