Job Responsibilities
Personal Transportation:Safely transport the Managing Director to meetings, events, and other scheduled appointments.
Be punctual and ensure timely arrival at all destinations, adhering to the Managing Director's schedule.
Assist with carrying luggage or documents as required.Vehicle Maintenance & Care:Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition (e.g., oil changes, tire checks, and cleaning).
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, both inside and outside.
Schedule regular vehicle servicing and immediately report any mechanical issues to management.Safety & Confidentiality:Adhere to all traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of the Managing Director at all times.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information overheard or exposed while driving the Managing Director.
Do not disclose or discuss the Managing Director's schedule, meetings, or any interactions with clients, visitors, or associates with anyone, including other staff members, unless explicitly authorized by the Managing Director.
Practice defensive driving techniques to minimize risks while on the road.Route Planning & Time Management:Plan and follow the most efficient routes to destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions and time constraints.
Remain flexible to accommodate changes in the Managing Director's schedule, including potential last-minute requests.Executive Assistance:Assist the Managing Director in small personal tasks such as picking up parcels, running errands, or making deliveries as needed.
Coordinate with the Managing Director's Executive Assistant to ensure schedule alignment and readiness.Communication:Maintain open communication with the Managing Director or their office regarding any schedule changes or issues.
Provide real-time updates about traffic delays or other potential disruptions during transportation.Job Requirements
Previous experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
Able to sit for long periods while driving.
Able to work long hours, with availability during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required by the Managing Director's schedule (with overtime payment).
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm
