Your team
You will join our supply chain team based in Malaysia office and will be reporting to the Product Supply Senior Manager or Director.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead delivery of warehouse operations targets for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship of one of multiple Distribution Centers/Warehouses, by ensuring that they have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements.
Contribute to and provide leadership for inventory reduction strategies.
Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes.
Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses across the supply network.
Build process capability & control and define equipment standards.
Work with internal P&G partners and manage supplier companies to develop and execute commercial and technical agreements that will best meet our business needs.
Identify and interpret new and emerging requirements that will affect future sourcing strategies.
Engineering – source equipment and build new sites, to support P&G's productivity improvements and business expansion.
Partner with Physical Distribution to lead the Transportation & Warehousing of our products with a cost-effective and agile supply network.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or supply chain-related courses with an excellent academic background, and Supply Chain Managers with a maximum of 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory or Warehouse Management.
Must have proven success of strong leadership from school or work experience.
Strong data analytical skills and passion for winning.
Ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
Strong interest in the commercial and customer aspects of business.
Strong in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle).
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
