E-Commerce Admin Cum Customer Service

Responsibilities:Manage and update online product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability.
Ensure accurate pricing, descriptions, and promotional offers on the website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media).
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Provide product information and guide customers through the buying process.
Track customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.Order Management:Track orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of SEO practices and online advertising tools.
Prior experience in handling social media platforms for business purposes.
