Placing daily orders with suppliers.
Providing customer service through chat messages on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
Handling return and refund parcels.
Collaborating effectively in a team environment.
Maintaining good communication with superiors and team members.
Job RequirementsRecent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Positive attitude and eager to acquire new knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong follow-up abilities.
