Job DescriptionOverseeing product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
Coordinating with suppliers or internal teams for product availability.
Managing the company's e-commerce website or online marketplace presence (e.g. Lazada, GRAB, and website).
Ensuring the site is user-friendly and optimizing the checkout experience.
Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory and delivery updates.
Monitoring sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
Analyzing and studying stores/accounts performance and presenting the progression.
Using data insights to refine and improve product listings, promotions, and marketing strategies.
Preparing monthly promo tags and assisting in promo setup for platform(s) every month.
Conducting competitor analysis through price study, promotional, and marketing strategies.
Responsible for product listing, promotion execution, listing maintenance, billing, and refunds.
Job RequirementsGood organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
Experience and/or knowledge of bookkeeping and filing.
Strong mathematical and logical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to learn.
Good self-discipline, driven, and motivated.
Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
Able to work independently.
