E-Commerce Assistant

Job Overview:
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store(s).
Work closely with Superior to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital storefront and achieve sales target.
Responsibilities:



-Manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory and prices.


-Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including mailing and social media promotions.


-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.


-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with Customers and Resellers.


-Follow up sales and order processing.


-Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trend, opportunities for improvement and drive organic traffic.


-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.


-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

; Requirements:-



-Min in Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Study / E-Commerce in Entrepreneurs or related field preferred.


-Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.


-Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and WooCommerce.


-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.


-Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
