What's your role?Live-Commerce
- Handle and oversee livestreams and e-commerce platforms for TikTok Shop & Shopee.
Digital Marketing
- Handle TikTok Ads (Meta, SEO, Google Ads are Bonus).
Oversee day-to-day operation of the accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow from the 20+ key accounts (not asking you to take all) or brands from all categories includingFMCG, Lifestyle, Fashion and Electronics , increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Liase with Clients' goals and objectives and develop campaign planning and monthly reports.
Review the TikTok livestream sessions, optimize the ops plan and complete relevant implementation periodically.
Conduct competitor reviews, monitor competing products and study their marketing strategies.
Pay attention to the marketing planning techniques of well-performing sellers within the same industry, such as promotion, advertising appeal, copywriting style, and optimize according to the store's performance.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to live hosts.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business including livestream and content teams.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Experience working in TSP/E-Commerce Enabler agency would be an advantage.
