We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in platform operations, data analysis, and digital marketing, with a creative mindset to strategize and execute successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Management -Manage and optimize online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and etc.
-Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
Marketing and Promotions -Plan and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, seasonal events) to drive traffic and sales.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product descriptions, banners, and advertisements.
Data Analysis and Reporting -Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI to identify growth opportunities.
-Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for management review.
-Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Experience -Handle customer inquiries and complaints on e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
-Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery by coordinating with logistics partners.
Team Collaboration -Work closely with the design team to develop promotional materials.
-Liaise with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
-Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
-Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads Manager).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin -Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-A team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
-Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
