Main Responsibilities:
Create, refine, and polish engaging content that effectively promotes the brand, products, and campaigns, tailored specifically for online platforms.
Manage product listings across all E Platforms (Shopee and Lazada).
Propose, plan, and execute livestreams on all platforms (Shopee and Lazada).
Identify and engage potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for promotional campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, flash sales, vouchers, and seasonal promotions tailored to the Malaysian market.
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, using analytics tools to improve website performance.
Conduct research on other online platforms, e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in Malaysia to identify growth opportunities.
Create compelling product descriptions, promotional materials, and engaging visuals that speak to the target audience and enhance product visibility.
Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align e-commerce efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory team to ensure product availability and effective stock management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and fulfill orders through all platforms and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in writing and producing clear descriptions for a wide range of products across different formats.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills that evaluate the target audience.
Strong time management skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to change.
