Responsibilities: Account Management
Oversee and optimize operations across key e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, B2B channels, and emerging marketplacesDevelop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies, including live-selling initiatives, to drive revenue and achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong partnerships with e-commerce stakeholders, analyzing channel performance to recommend data-driven strategies that meet business objectivesEnsure exceptional customer experience by responding promptly to inquiries, managing order processes, and facilitating a seamless post-purchase journeyIdentify and implement improvements in business processes, customer service, and sales techniques to enhance operational efficiencyStay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to shape future sales strategiesPrepare detailed post-campaign sales reports, with actionable analysis to support continuous improvementEvaluate promotion effectiveness and key metrics (e.g. conversion rates, traffic, order cancellations) to drive ongoing successContent Management
Ensure accurate and optimized product listings, including images and descriptions, for all SKUs and campaignsManage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sales performance, pricing, content accuracy, order fulfilment, and after-sales serviceMonitor on-site visibility, listing rankings, off-site traffic, and customer insights to ensure optimal product performance Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCreative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindsetProficient in English and Mandarin preferably Interested parties please send full resume with availability, present and expected salary.
