Key Responsibilities:

After-Sales Support:Provide excellent after-sales service by resolving customer concerns, processing returns or exchanges and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Order Coordination:Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively assist customers and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer issues or complaints with a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience:Previous experience in e-commerce sales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
