We're looking for an experienced E-commerce and Sales Manager to lead an online sales team.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing effective e-commerce strategies,
managing online platforms, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and
team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve sales targets and enhance team capabilities.
E-commerce Platform Management. Oversee the management of all ecommerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Sales Strategy Development. Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
Advertising Campaign Management. Design, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Performance Measurement. Analyze key metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to inform strategy adjustments.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Oversight. Manage the entire e-commerce sales cycle from product listing to post-sale customer engagement.
SKU Management. Oversee a large inventory of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), ensuring accurate listings and availability of products.
Market Research. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product offerings.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or sales roles, preferably within the retail or collectibles industry. Experience leading teams is required.
-Technical Skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools), andCRM software.
Analytical Skills. Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve sales performance.
