E-Commerce Specialist

-Product Management



-Assist with adding, updating, and maintaining product listings, including product descriptions, images, and specifications.


-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.


-Conduct competitor analysis and research to ensure competitive pricing and product placement.


-Website Maintenance



-Support the e-commerce team in website content updates and quality assurance (QA) testing.


-Ensure product pages are accurate, functional, and optimized for user experience.


-Collaborate with the IT or design team to troubleshoot any site issues.


-Digital Marketing



-Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online ads.


-Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports on key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).


-Help with SEO optimization, including keyword research, link building, and content updates.


-Customer Service Support



-Assist with customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and returns.


-Process customer requests and follow up with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.


-Maintain customer feedback and provide insights for improving user experience.


-Order Fulfillment and Logistics



-Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.


-Help manage returns and exchanges.


-Track shipping statuses and update customers as necessary.


-Data Analysis and Reporting



-Analyze sales data and assist in creating reports on sales trends, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior.


-Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce team.


-Use tools like Google Analytics to gather insights and support strategy development.

; Requirements:-


-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


-Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.


-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus.


-Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).


-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
