Handle emails, live chats, and inbound  calls in pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company products.Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information..Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLAGood computer literacyWorking days: 6 days Working Shift: Rotate 24 Hours (Compulsory working on Public Holiday and Weekends)  Night Shift Allowance, KPI Allowance Public Holiday Rate: Yes Overtime: If Required *Shuttle Services Provided: Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini
