JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleE-Trade Marketing Manager, Personal Health Singapore & MalaysiaJob DescriptionThe E-Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating & delivering the best consumer experience across our key eCommerce retailer and Marketplaces, ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints.
The role is responsible for Sellout delivery, Competitive positioning, Foundational (PDP; brand store), Peak event planning, and on Platform ecosystem and media coordination.Your Role:Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for the e-commerce marketplacesResponsible for the collectively set of sell out targets on e-commerce marketplaces in coordination with EKAM & track continuously to achieve the sameCoordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align the on-platform media ecosystem and ensure target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI'sFind new opportunities to grow revenue and sales.
– Hands-on experience in marketplace portal management (If Amazon then for Amazon In, Vendor Central, Amazon Pi, AMS)Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and the platform's ad solutions(e.g.
If Amazon then -Amazon Search, Amazon Display, Amazon DSP & remarketing) to create holistic marketing strategies for Philips by working with senior decision-makers - Internal Stakeholders & External Stake holders - Business, Marketing & Insights and drive return on ad spends for all campaigns executedMonitor Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores)Support local initiated campaigns with deployment, landing page(s) and retailer (EComm Marketplace) channel specific activationDrive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.Collaborate with cross functional teamsDigital & Media team to ensure full ecosystem synergiesEKAM to ensure availability and customer matrix optimizationContent lead to ensure assets consistency in presenting our brandFinancial reconciliation with internal & external stakeholdersDrive R&R excellence on PlatformsBrief and co-ordinate relevant external agenciesYou're likely the right fit if you possess: Bachelor or Masters or Comparable practical experience Digital MindsetPlatform skills for the relevant marketplaceAction Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholdersHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
