Job Description
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible to deliver revenue growth for the brands assigned to you. You will be assigned to either Marketplace Commerce Team or Social Commerce Teams and will be trained and integrated into the Commerceplus Ecommerce growth planning and execution methods.
Your work revolves around
PLAN | You constantly seek sales growth for the brands and love being in the thick of all the action from acquisition to retention. Being an Ecommerce Exec, your main task is to plan and execute promotion plans across all platforms that your brand is in. This means planning, setup, optimizing and tracking consumer acquisition activities across online marketing platforms and social media accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, FB, IG, Whatsapp Business, Email) to drive traffic, engagement and conversion / sales. You will be involved in preparing promotion plans and updating sales and product performance, acquisition performance and identify source for growth.
OPERATE | Organized, prompt and an eye for details, that's what peers know you for. You take ownership on the operational tasks across marketplace platforms and Ecommerce platforms for order processing, inventory management and fulfilment within defined Standard Operating Procedures. You will also manage customer support on Marketplace and Ecommerce sites using online chat, whatsapp, email in a professional and timely manner to deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high store ratings.
MARKET | Market your store to the right customers. Utilize the seller tools available to plan promotions and reach out to customers. Equip yourself with performance Marketing and Content Marketing skills to maximize your store traffic and conversion rates. You will be involved in marketplace campaigns, budgeting and work with creators and our internal creative team to generate fascinating truths about the products you manage. You will learn Commerceplus planning and campaign structure methods to maximize your brands' potential.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
-Able to work Monday – Saturday (5.5 day work week. 5 days Onsite)
-Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively and independently
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position or have experience selling in existing marketplaces
-Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)
-Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage
-Results and details oriented, hands on attitude and passion are compulsory supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage
-Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided
-Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.
