We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Ecommerce cum Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ecommerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities: 1. Ecommerce Management:
Oversee the end-to-end management of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, user-friendly navigation, and a seamless customer experience. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize online sales and profitability. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate stock availability. Implement effective order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. 2. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness. Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and display advertising. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and potential growth opportunities. Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content, improve organic search rankings, and drive relevant traffic. Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions. 3. Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media channels, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials. Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Conduct regular website audits to identify usability issues, optimize landing pages, and improve overall user experience. Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to optimize conversion funnels and increase online sales. Analyze user behavior data and customer journey to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant strategies. 5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key ecommerce and digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value. Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management team on campaign performance, revenue trends, and areas of opportunity. Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and driving online sales. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels. Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking. Additional experience in Human Resource Management, Admin or Secretarial support or equivalent will be advantageous Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Words At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Imbi. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available
