Work Experience:2 years or above
Professional Requirements:Priority will be given to holding relevant certificates such as safety administrator certificate and fire safety certificate;
Familiar with laws, regulations, standards and specifications related to safety production, proficient in local environmental management, occupational health and safety management system, safety and environmental protection laws and regulations, and work injury declaration, appraisal and claims;
Understand the safe handling or operation methods of hazardous substances;
Possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.
Education Requirements:Diploma or Degree in business, management, language, or other related courses
Language Requirements:Proficient in Malay
Proficient in Chinese
Job Description:Responsible for the management of environmental, safety, and sanitation work in the factory area (supervision, inspection, and management of safety, fire protection, environmental protection, occupational health, and special equipment);
Responsible for the standardization and certification of safety production;
Responsible for the prevention, control, and handling of industrial safety anomalies in the factory;
Organize and implement EHS training, inspections, and emergency drills for company personnel;
Provide three-level safety training to new employees;
Regularly investigate safety hazards, improve hazard management, and propose improvement plans for the company;
Supervise the safe operation of equipment to reduce the occurrence of work-related safety accidents;
Cooperate with government agencies for inspections (such as fire safety inspections and safety supervision inspections);
Fully responsible for identifying environmental factors and laws and regulations involved in the company;
Organize and participate in the formulation of safety production regulations, operating procedures, and emergency response plans for production safety accidents;
Assist various departments in the equipment and evaluation of environmental factors and hazards for new projects, new processes, new technologies, new equipment, new materials, process changes, and new expansion projects.
