Electrical Engineer

Engtex Metals Sdn Bhd is involved in the manufacturing of STEEL BAR & BRC and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad, a public listed Company in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE). We invite applications for the following position to be based at our factory in Ijok, Selangor:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot 3-phase/415V systems and inverter drives and trouble shoot E&E faults .Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic (E&E) faults.Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.Conduct regular maintenance assessments and ensure all tasks are completed within tight schedules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and engineering needs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.Strong hands-on skills in managing 3-phase/415V systems and inverter drives.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
