Job Description 1. Design, implement, and maintain low voltage systems, including but not limited to: - Communication Systems (telephony, intercoms, structured cabling, LAN/WAN). - Security Systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems). - Fire Alarm and Detection Systems. - Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
2. Develop electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts for weak current systems.
3. Manage installation and commissioning of low voltage equipment and systems, ensuring integration with other building systems.
4. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
5. Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure effective system integration.
7. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and user manuals.
8. Prepare detailed documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance guidelines.
9. Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring timely project delivery and quality control.
Job Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with low voltage or weak current systems (e.g., security, communication, fire detection). 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD software or similar software to create wiring diagrams and system layouts.
4. Strong knowledge : - Communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet). - Low voltage wiring, cabling, and power supply systems. - Integration of building automation, security, and fire alarm systems.
