Electrical Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and engineering support for equipment, including on-site maintenance servicing.
Manage routine repair work and provide troubleshooting and installation setup.
Manage spare part inventory and warranty spare part returns.
Plan routine servicing schedule and assist in equipment setup for demonstrations and new setups.
Arrange for equipment maintenance service contracts and administrative documentation.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
Prepare and maintain technical service reports.
Communicate with manufacturers regarding complaints and problems.
Attend to breakdown repairs at short notice.
Assist with delivery work as assigned.
Provide technical support functions at demonstrations and exhibitions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of maintenance servicing and troubleshooting experience.
Good technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.
Good team player who can complete assigned jobs within the given time frame and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
Able to work independently, hardworking, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin is crucial, as you will regularly interact with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
