KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages.
Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
(1-2) years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
Express interest in providing innovative eLearning solutions to enhance learning and teaching within organizations.
Proficient with MS Office 365.
Added advantage for candidate with experience on CRM software (Zoho) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to details to prevent or minimal errors on sales documents.
Strong organizational and time management skill.
Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to orders inquiries, or communication.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
