Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:Define, implement and support Strategic Pricing execution per Region, Channel and SKU level, understanding their impacts through Price Elasticity modeling, compensating commodities inflation and FX Impacts.
Present and positively impact Commercial (must), Marketing and Finance team, connecting the dots and making all necessary alignments to have acceptance of key stakeholders within the company, adapting it based on their feedback.Lead the optimization of trade investment by enabling the SEA and India markets with tools and methodology to increase return on investment, plan and manage trade promotions and allowances, beside of guarantee the right governance of the investments.Act as the PPA/SBPPC ambassador, leading the implementation of the process, certifying that the IT makes part of Annual Brand Plan with Marketing and quarterly and monthly with local team, enabling and surpassing possible barriers with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial Team.Define and monitor ISEA RGM implementing a management model that allows a focus of priorities to deliver Net Revenue Realization (NRR) and a solid 3-year RGM Pipeline of initiatives.Report on monthly basis all main business KPI's related to RGM i.e Pricing Index, Market Share, MIX, TP investments & Optimization etc with business context and action plans.Seek for mid and long-term solutions to keep leveraging RGM agenda in partnership with DTS and 3rd Party SolutionsAbout UsHuggies®.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Leadership Competencies / Qualifications5 years related experience with Proven Track Record in RGM with Finance, Trade and/or Sales background.
Experienced leader preferably in FMCG industryA Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
A MBA or relevant certifications are desirable.
English is required.Hands-on profile, proactive and agile WOW (Move-Fast) in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Financial, Trade, Sales and Marketing leaders.Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, efficiencies, and strategies.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, especially in maximizing return on investments.In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, price elasticity, return on investment, NRR and revenue optimization techniques.Experience with commercial policy setting and management, go-to-market concepts and cost-to-serve analysis.Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Financial, Trade, Sales and Marketing leaders.Excellent communication skills and both cultural and organization sensitivity with proven ability to work impactfully across diverse cultures and organizations and manage geographically remote teams.Location: Vietnam, Malaysia or IndiaTotal BenefitsHere are just a few of the benefits you'd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
