• Provide efficient technical support to ensure timely resolution and proper handling of client issues.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, and provide personalized solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, documenting common issues and solutions to help the team and clients better understand and address problems.
• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of cloud platforms to ensure system stability and security.
