Duties: Employee Services resource aligned to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee service & Benefits specialism accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively and always provides excellent Customer services, ensure all key deliverables are achieved for Employee Services & Benefits scopeIs expected to execute Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee Services & Benefits requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as answers complex Employee queries related to Employee Services scopeUses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry, and workflow within technology solutionsMonitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIsMaintains data configuration ensuring employee data sync between SuccessFactors and other HR systems (ServiceNow , Docusign, PeopleDoc)Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriatelyDelivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement effortsProvides Employee Services & Benefits related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to client's business strategy and resourcing needs Works closely with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support assigned by Line Manager and Operation LeadEnsures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR technology lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR dataDelivers the regular reconciliation of HR data Requirements: Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalentAttention to details and ability to produce accurate workGood knowledge in Microsoft ExcelExperiences with SuccessFactors is an added advantageStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skillsStrong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skillsPossesses high degree of professionalism, patient, and grace in servicing clientsResourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team playerAt least 1.5 years of solid experience from the HR Shared Services industry/Employee ServicesWilling to support on Public Holidays on a rotation basis Kindly send your updated resume and put subject as "Application for (Job Position Title)".
