**Engagement Manager****Responsibilities**- Project Planning, Controlling & Execution in Agile & Non-Agile projects- Acting as the key contact for clients- Responsible for setting up the Project Structure, Processes, Resourcing Plans, Communication Plan, Reporting Mechanism- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement- Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project- Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met- Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status- Overseeing the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes- Working as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline**Requirements**:- 15+ years of proven experience in mid to large scale programs preferably experience in Datacenter hosting, Infrastructure & SAP Application Build, SAP ISU, CRM & PI, Open Text Migration (OS/DB Migration - Manual and Tools). Would be ideal with an experience in Digital Transformation Program Management- Experience in Energy & Utility sector will be an added advantage.- Preferably comes from a Consulting/ Tech Consulting background with experience in Custom Development- Should be a master in Vendor Management, Transition Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Continuous (Service) Improvement- Certification: Manages engagements with complexity on EM level 2 or higher will be an advantage.- Proficiency in speaking English, Bahasa Malay & Cantonese/Mandarin is Mandatory.- Should be able to manage both internal & external stakeholders at all level.**Let's talk about what's in it for you!**Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
