We're looking for an Engineer intern for our office in Johore, Malaysia.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support to the Sales Manager and related integrations.
Elaborate on the technical and commercial proposal/needs of projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Purchasing Department.
Manage project aspects day-to-day, including technical, commercial, logistics, and purchasing upon securing the order by the Sales Team.
Triage technical issues, resolve problems independently, and escalate where appropriate.
Achieve and maintain targeted case statistics such as the number of orders closed/lost or issues resolved, along with other established goals.
Facilitate cross-functional information flow between Sales, Finance, Back Office, and Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
