Job SummaryOversee daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Will be assigned to go on shift depending on production needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor day-to-day operations and trigger corrective actions.
Responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Make proper production records and highlight potential issues and risks in a timely manner.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of equipment and tools.
Supervise production crew ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
QualificationsBachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Skills & AbilitiesAble to create accountability and lead by example.
Able to communicate proficiently.
Project Management.
