In your new role you will: Spare parts management on usage, budget control.
and work on cost reductions Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line Solve & sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approach You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) More than 3 years of relevant working experiences Strong knowledge of 8D and DMAIC methodologies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Proven track record of leading process improvements and troubleshooting complex issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
