Involve in process improvement and find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes.
Responsible to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing & planning workflow based on space requirements & equipment layout.
Cost management according to budget and search for necessary equipment to maximize process capacity and process improvement.
To review and enhance the existing processes to maximize the efficiency of the process, machine capacity and productivity of production line.
To develop and design efficient manufacturing systems by conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.
Conferring with equipment vendors to ensure timely equipment installation in order to meet operational goals.
Performing audit to the existing manufacturing processes to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.
Work closely with other departments like Production, QAQC, Maintenance to enhance current manufacturing routes for effectiveness and efficiency maximization.
Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with CGPA 3.0 / 2nd upper and above.
Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects.
Preferably some work experience in manufacturing environment.
