JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Role & Responsibilities
• Coordinate production process control activities with various sections in manufacturing and other departments.
• Manage and provide process improvement to ensure production standardization and ppm goal achieved.
• Review and propose improvement production process including work method, process flow, jig.
• Review suitability of new process implementation.
• Ensure the completion of related new product 4m preparation (process jig, work method, process flow, machine data, new model temperature profile) prior to trial run, pilot run and 1st mass production.
• Perform preparation on process jig, work method, machine data and process flow.
• Review related 4m document on process control then generate the corrective action plan.
• Statistical data analysis & data analysis/report (cpk, spc, etc)
• Perform PFMEA result against production standardization.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
• Ensure good 5s practice in work area.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.
Reporting to: Manager, Production Engineering
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a degree in mechanical/mechatronic or equivalent.
• CGPA requirement: 3.00 – 4.00 (2nd class upper- & first-class honour).
• Required skill(s): ms excel, ms office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Applicant must be willing to work in shah alam.
