Responsibilities:Responsible for overall tendering exercise and project implementation.
Preparation of package proposals, execution of purchase orders, monitoring project progress and schedule of delivery, coordinating flow of project information between the principals and clients, interfacing with the principal's representative and fabricators during the installation of the equipment/module.
Maintain customer relations with key customers in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Evaluate and maintain onsite servicing progress.
Address customer issues and complaints.
Follow up with customers and vendors in completing service work.
Monitor payment schedule, invoicing, and liaise with the Accounts Department on project payment transactions.
Collect competitive information and conduct lost sales analysis.
