Job Description: Perform First Level Troubleshooting support for Client's Enterprise\Commercial customers via phone and emailTroubleshooting for IPVPN and WAN services.Manage Proactive and Reactive monitoring service within targeted SLAsProvide timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service LevelManage customer's fault enquires and provide quality assistanceManage incident ticket queue within targetsSupport team's KPI to meet Time to RestoreManage coordination within inter-cross operational supports to ensure speedy fault resolutionProvide escalation to relevant party on prolong outages.Manage email within the targeted Service LevelManage customer's special requirements and processesManage coordination within inter-cross operational supports to ensure speedy fault resolutionReview and improve operational processes to enable operations staff to operate effectively.Manage 24*7 rotational Shifts Requirements Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience. CCNA Certified.1-2 years of experience for Diploma or Fresh with CCNA Certifications for Degree.Knowledge of the principles of IP addressing, address management, sub-netting and WAN & Ethernet technologies.A good team player with good interpersonal and communications skillsBasics of Networking (OSI model, IPv4 addressing, IP subnetting, etc.)Introduction to LAN and WAN conceptsKnowledge of switching protocols, such as, VLAN, VTP, STP, port securityKnowledge of routing protocols, such as, RIPv2, OSPF, EIGRP, BGPKnowledge of NAT, PATDHCP and DNS operationsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
