Engineering and Automation ManagerYour new companyA well-established multinational manufacturer in Negeri Sembilan is looking for an Engineering and Automation Manager to drive transformation in their plant.Your new roleYou will be responsible for improving the manufacturing processes, production layouts and material flow of the manufacturing plant through automation and/or engineering solutions.Responsible for design, implementation, and sustaining manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Developing a roadmap for manufacturing automation, equipment, and tools for the site, which includes defining CAPEX budgets, and monitoring control budget.Oversee the design and implementation of new equipment and automation solutions.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for issues related to processes, quality, and safety.
