Job ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical and mechanical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects for all areas inside APM premises (Production lines, QA dept., Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices).
Ensure subordinate efficiency and lead them to better productivity.
Plan for annual maintenance execution work and complete on time, ensuring all expenditure is within the budget.
Liaise with contractors or suppliers on projects, modifications, and improvement activities.
Liaise with government officers, especially during audits.
Ensure LOTO is used for all isolation work.
Troubleshoot machines and carry out repairs and modifications as necessary.
Ensure downtime is minimal by performing the job efficiently.
Provide feedback to superiors regarding any outstanding issues/items.
Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and ensure works/jobs are done with high efficiency and quality.
Liaise with other departments/plants.
Ensure KPI targets are achieved.
Practice self-safety for all works performed.
Ensure all documents are completed and kept properly in compliance with audit requirements and keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.).
Ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.
Rectify complaints from customers.
Carry out any jobs assigned by superiors.
Adhere to company rules, policies, and regulations.
Innovate and improve processes and address frequent breakdowns and non-user-friendly equipment.
Update daily reports.
Job Requirements/QualificationsGraduated with at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of work experience in Engineering or Maintenance.
Available for on-call duty after working hours.
