Job ResponsibilitiesInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining PC, networks, and CCTV systems
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Onboarding and offboarding employees
Conducting IT training courses and briefings for the staff
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Ensuring up-to-date records of IT assets
Participating in weekly global meetings with corporate IT
Performing a wide range of IT support initiated by corporate IT
Shift working hours may be required

Educational/Certification RequirementMinimum degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience Requirement3 years of working experience
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Windows system administration experience, both server and desktop
An understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and VPN
Experience with MS Server and Backup Exec
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
Experience working with manufacturing and factory floor issues is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
