We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Partner Account Executive to join our APAC sales team in Singapore. This role is crucial in driving Innovatrics' growth in the region by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our key enterprise partners. You will be responsible for increasing market share, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to Innovatrics' long-term strategic initiatives by driving sales through partnerships with key accounts. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the company's presence in the APAC market, delivering measurable outcomes that support our expansion and strengthen our position as a leader in biometric technologies.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to increase sales through partnerships with key enterprise accounts across the APAC region.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with major partners.
Build strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organizations to expand Innovatrics' footprint.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to align on strategy and ensure partners receive the necessary tools and support.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and market trends to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
Act as a thought leader in the biometric solutions space, representing Innovatrics at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
Candidate RequirementsExperience in enterprise sales or partner account management, ideally in technology or biometric solutions within the APAC region.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives, driving high-value sales and partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills for complex deals.
Solid understanding of the APAC market and experience managing large accounts.
Results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the biometric, identity, or security industries is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and additional APAC languages is advantageous.
