Enterprise Sales - Account Manager (Sme)

Job Responsibilities Establish, develop, and expand the company's business by acquiring new and existing corporate and SME accounts.Achieve gross acquisition and revenue targets, as well as strategic objectives and account penetration goals.Increase corporate and SME market penetration across various assigned industries and geographical segments.Recommend retention strategies to enhance competitiveness for respective accounts.Manage daily sales operations, coordinating and executing promotional plans and activities.Coordinate effective marketing communication plans for corporate and SME account projects. Job Requirements  Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the business segment (industry vertical).Experience with large-scale accounts or enterprise-level clients.Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Familiarity with the industry and market trends.Understanding of the company's products and services.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.High level of organization and attention to detail.Willingness to travel as needed.Ability to handle complex sales cycles and navigate organizational structures.
