We are seeking an experiencedEnterprise Salesto lead sales efforts with large, enterprise-level merchants. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of longer sales cycles, experience in customizing solutions for enterprise clients, and technical knowledge in areas such as payment gateway integration and APIs. This role will require close collaboration with both business and technical teams to deliver tailored payment solutions that meet the complex needs of large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for acquiring and managing enterprise-level merchants.
Drive complex, long-term sales cycles from lead generation through to deal closing, with a focus on customized payment solutions and API integrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers within enterprise organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of enterprise clients, facilitating smooth API and system customizations.
Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met.
Regularly provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Stay abreast of payment industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings to ensure the company's solutions remain competitive.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience:5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in understanding and explaining payment gateway integrations, API configurations, and technical requirements for enterprise merchants.
Proven Track Record:Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and successfully close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
Negotiation & Relationship Building:Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop lasting, high-level relationships with enterprise merchants.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to understand enterprise merchant business models and craft payment solutions that address their specific needs.
Metrics-Driven:Data-driven approach to managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
