Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:Collaborate with Athena's leadership to identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with our mission.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, engineers, and business strategists to bring innovative ideas to life.
Market Analysis:Conduct comprehensive research to inform strategic decisions, study industry trends, and identify potential areas for innovation.
Product Development:Partner with Athena's product team to design and develop a scalable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that addresses market needs effectively.

Ideal Profile
About You
You are a problem-solver with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. Whether you've previously founded a startup or are exploring entrepreneurship for the first time, you are eager to learn, collaborate, and create solutions that matter.
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet.
Prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.
You have a solid prior experience within Technology.
You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
Qualifications
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals with the following qualifications:
Technical Expertise:Proficiency in fields such as engineering, biotechnology, software development, or adjacent technical domains.
Experience:Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing projects, or leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
Analytical Skills:Strong ability to conduct detailed market research and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
