Equipment Manager

Ensure periodic equipment are been implemented according to the specific parameters, plant facilities and plant infrastructure.Ensuring periodic checking are executed on planned schedule.Responsible for training and on-site guidance to subordinates.Responsible for safety compliance are observed at all times when using or handling machines/equipment.Responsible for machines/equipment upgrading and in good state of working order.Ensuring safety equipment are in place.To survey different types of equipment needed and suitable to enhance and ensure their production work smoothly.Coordinates with management staff and clients to determine equipment needs in order to select the best equipment for the company.Supervises the equipment operators, technicians, and others who work with or around the equipment to detect any defect and test the equipment.Ensures that all equipment meets safety and quality requirements by liaising with the vendors.Prepares purchase orders for rental or purchase of equipment; tracks each piece of rented or purchase equipment by job site and job number.Prepares a budget report for management outlining fixed and controllable equipment costs as a percentage of sales revenue.Inspects all the equipment to make an assurance that it is clean and functional, or if it needs any repair or to be replaced.Company Vision To be the world's leading papermaking enterprise that is resource-intensive, environmentally friendly, and respected by the society.Bachelor's or Equivalent
